Call For Posters

The TePRA Conference Committee invites robotics researchers, students, developers, engineers, scientists and industry representatives to submit abstracts for Poster Presentations at the conference. Posters topics are not limited but should be of interest to the robotic community and can present work-in-progress, PhD-topics, reports on experiments, reports on open source software, etc.. The Conference Technical Program Committee will review the submitted abstracts to ensure they are in line with the themes of this year's conference and authors will be notified if their abstract/poster has been selected for inclusion in the conference. Upon selection for the conference, the contributing authors for each poster will be expected to register for the conference and present their work.

The title and author of all Conference Posters will be included in the Conference Program and the posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Selected authors will be given an opportunity to outline the highlights of their poster to all conference attendees in a short oral “pitch” during a conference session. In addition there will be a Poster Session in the Conference Program when all conference attendees will be invited to view the posters and authors can describe the content of their posters in more detail to interested attendees.  All posters will be displayed on the conference website.

Students are encouraged to prepare posters for this conference.

Authors of all selected posters are invited to submit a full, technical paper describing in more detail the topic of their poster for inclusion in IEEEXplore.
